Private Sessions

These sessions will focus on the client’s mental barriers and concerns surrounding their return to sport post injury or concussion. The participant will be instructed on various techniques to help overcome these obstacles. This includes how to: regain confidence, prepare for return to sport scenarios, overcome mental “blocks,” set realistic goals, etc. Consultations are 55 minutes in length and will be customized to the client.
