Private Sessions

These sessions will focus on the client’s mental barriers and concerns surrounding their return to sport post injury or concussion. The participant will be instructed on various techniques to help overcome these obstacles in order to maximise their performance. This includes how to:

  • regain confidence
  • prepare for return to sport scenarios
  • overcome mental “blocks”
  • set realistic goals
  • control emotions like fear
  • return to full performance

Sessions can be done in-person or online. Consultations are 55 minutes in length and will be customized to the athlete.
