Private or Team/Group Sessions
These sessions can be booked for an individual athlete, coach or a team. The goal of this service is to educate the athlete(s) and/or coach(es) on moving with good bio-mechanics during both strength training and sport. The focus of these sessions will be on the specific movements deemed critical to producing the best results. These sessions will be customized and sport specific depending on the athlete’s, coach’s or team’s needs. Along with education on injury preventing movement mechanics, strength training exercises can be introduced and proper form will be highlighted. For individual athletes, a functional assessment of the body to help identify weaknesses or inflexibilities can be done to help guide optimal exercise progressions and focused muscle activation.
